The documentary film is dedicated to artistic practices in Leningrad in the 1980s. In the center of the picture is Timur Novikov, an artist and key figure of the Petersburg underground, friend and associate of Viktor Tsoi, Sergei Kuryokhin, Sergei “Bugay Africa”, Georgy Guryanov, Evgeny Kozlov and Vladislav Mamyshev-Monroe.
