«Novy Kurs» Film Studio

“Novyi kurs” (Perm) is not only a production studio and producer center, but also a festival site of the IDFF “Flahertiana”.

Date of establishment – October 10, 1987.
The studio was one of the first independent cinema enterprises in the USSR

It was included professional filmmakers who have previously worked in the department of regional TV – “Permtelefilm”. Most of them had higher education special film: the University and the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Film Directors. Headed studio Pavel Petchenkin.

The filmstudio realizes and supports cinema projects on the territory of Perm Kray and Russia at all. The filmstudio unites many professionals in film industry for the best progress.  Head: Vladimir Sokolov
