Konstantin Shelepov

Born on 9 January 1984 in Leningrad. In 2001-2007 studied in the Pavlov St. Petersburg University of Medicine (specialized in Medical Business).He is a doctor of medicine.

Since 2007, practices video filming and video editing on professional level. Konstantin Shelepov never graduated from any film school. CENSOR is his first feature film.

Military Grade: Lieutenant of Medical Service. Lives in St. Petersburg.
