Maxim Demchenko

Line producer of Russian broadcasting company «Petersburg – Channel Five», artistic director of youth TV – series «OBJ» and «Senior pupils», director, Honorary Worker of Russian Youth Policy Areas, Saint – Petersburg. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation.

In 1991 graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Department of Journalism.

In 1996 graduated from the WTU of B. Shchukin, Directing Department. He was a director and producer of  TV-series for young audience “Life Safety” and “Seniors”. For ten years was shot more than one thousand one hundred episodes of “Seniors” TV – series. This project was released on the “Ren-TV”, “Carousel”, “Tin-TV” channels and get audience’s appreciation.

Also he is the producer of TV-series for several channels: “Highway Patrol”, “Operations group-2,” “Foundry”, “Track”, “Sea Devils. Twister” for NTV channel, “Cool” for REN-TV and TVC, “In the garden, whether in the garden” , “Strange Woman” , “My white and fluffy” , “I cannot forget you” for channel «Russia-1», “Mama Luba”, “A Walk to Remember”, “Hold me” for the «First» channel. He wrote the scripts (“Second Wind”, “Six hundreds of happiness”) and even was a producer (“Aphrodite”).

The film «HOORAH! IT’S A HOLIDAY!» is the first feature film directed by Maxim Demchenko
